• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Cancellation requests must be made before the order is shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

• If the order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be processed.

ROVAZON reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

• Pricing or technical errors.
• Incomplete or incorrect customer information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.

In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the customer.
